1. The Site
This site ("the site") is owned by Unique Collections of The Old Chipstead Stores 8 High Road Chipstead Surrey CR5 2QP (referred to in these conditions as "we" and "us".) The terms, covenants, conditions and provisions below (the 'Terms and Conditions') constitute an agreement between you, the user, and us, and sets out the conditions upon which you may access the information, products, materials and services available through the Site.
2.Money is not deducted from your debit/credit card until order is processed.
3.Goods are subject to availability.In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
4. Due to high increase in credit card fraud, all orders £200 uk pounds sterling and over will require positive name and address identification.This should not affect our regular clients who are known to us or will not be required for repeat orders. Positive identification can be in the form of a faxed or posted copy of a passport or utility bill i.e. gas or electric to confirm your name and address and will be crosschecked.We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these measures, which is for your protection and ours.
5.YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
All customers have the legal right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel you must inform us within a period of 7 days starting on the day after the goods are received by you. In case of cancellation, we will return the payment to you within 30 days of the cancellation. If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost.On receipt of the returned goods, Unique Collections will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) Our policy is to give customer satisfaction - so if you have any problems please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help you.
When returning goods please mark 'Returned Goods' on outside of package.
6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions as binding
By accessing, viewing, or using the information, products, materials or services available on or through this Site, you indicate that you understand and intend these Terms and Conditions to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written document and equally binding and that you accept such Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change any of the Terms and Conditions (whether contained in these Terms and Conditions or in any other Terms and Conditions contained on any of the pages of the Site) at any time. Replication, publication and/or distribution of any or all of the contents of the Site are prohibited. You may save, download or print out individual selections for your own personal information. Exploitation of the Site for commercial gain or advantage is strictly forbidden.
15.From time to time parcels go missing, once the parcels are handed over to UK Royal Mail it is there responsibility.If a parcel goes missing, I will send you the original certificate of posting so you can make a claim.It is advisable to pay for insurance for orders over £30.Thank you!
